As Travel Directors our duties vary from running the gamut of pointing out the room in which a conference will be held to purchasing a personal aircraft in order to translocate a group. We accompany our group for the duration of the business trip. This includes tours, meals, and even meetings. We are available for all the trip-related itinerary, seat assignments, hotel preferences, gift requests, and handouts.
We encompass various responsibilities. For a smaller program, such as a dinner meeting, a Travel Director may be available to serve as host. For a larger event, a range of Travel Directors from the lead TD, with responsibility for the overall program, to specialists in various areas such as food and beverage, hospitality, or housing.
Our Travel Directors are enthusiastic and service-oriented with experience in managing teams, high computer skills, and financial savvy. We are able to focus on implementing programs and juggle many tasks at one time.
