For anyone who might be curious about the capabilities of the PlannerMix platform, let me tell you... The other night, I was on PlannerMix, and I noticed Greg was online. I thought it would be great to be able to click his name and chat with him live, but I didn't see this option available.
Keith, Greg and I had a conference call last night, and I mentioned my little conundrum. Keith started to tell me that this capability had just come available, and before he was even finished telling me about it, Greg had added it to the site. Just like that, before my very eyes, it appeared! You'll now notice, on the Main page under the Members' photos, a live chat box. It happened that fast!
How cool is that?!
