Looking for great off-site caterers in Orlando, St Louis and New Orleans

Hi All,

We work with a number of caterers nationwide but are looking to add to our roster of "go to" companies for a series of events that we are planning for a couple of clients.

The events range in size from very small (10-15 persons) to larger (240-350) persons.

Any suggestions would be great!

I am from the St. Louis area and since I have been in the Hotel industry for quite sometime, I have been to many events with off-site caterer's, as well as, great locations for events! Patty Long's Catering does an excellent job (314-621-9598 or www.pattylongcatering.com). For great local flavor and REAL Italian food, Charlie Gitto's on the Hill is GREAT (314-772-0515 or www.charliegittos.com). If you are looking for a unique venue, I have a dozen places, but one of my favorites is Windows On/Off Washington which is a converted Bottle Factory/Art Museum and really would be great for your larger events!
